How do you keep your mind calm and peaceful?
Here are my seven ways to instantly feel calm:
- “I can choose peace, over this.”
- Take five deep breaths in through your nose and out through your mouth.
- Ask yourself, “how bad could it be?”
- Set aside time for worry.
- Try essential oils.
- Take a long walk.
- Count your blessings and look for what’s “right” in your life.
